junior architect

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing design concepts, sketches, and schematic plans in coordination with senior architects
• Prepare drawings, details, and presentation materials (plans, sections, elevations, 3D views) using BIM / CAD / visualization software
• Support design development, technical documentation, and coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape)
• Participate in site analysis, surveys, and site visits to document conditions and monitor construction progress
• Review and coordinate drawings, specifications, and material selections
• Help maintain project documentation, model revisions, and design standards
• Contribute ideas in design reviews and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or final year student with strong portfolio)
• 1–2 years (or internship experience) working in an architectural office or design environment
• Competence in BIM / Revit and CAD software; familiarity with visualization tools (SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, etc.)
• Good graphic and presentation skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Initiative, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and multiple tasks under supervision
