GALA
In Zurich-Seefeld, we planned, coordinated, and executed the comprehensive transformation of Vinothek Brancaia. The result is a radical sales floor optimization that generates significantly higher revenue on the same footprint. GALA developed a store design that bridges the gap between industrial heritage and high-efficiency retail, an investment engineered for longevity and brand prestige.

Flow Planning & Service Quality
For Vinothek Brancaia, we developed an interior concept that views retail not as static storage, but as a dynamic brand experience. In a saturated market like Zurich-Seefeld, aesthetics alone are insufficient; the space must actively drive sales. Our analysis identified unexploited potential in the room's depth, which we activated through a strategic structural breakthrough.
The design language cites the functional aesthetic of traditional wineries. Raw steel structures and solid timber provide an "honest" backdrop that builds customer trust. The materials echo classic wine crates, anchoring the project in the world of viticulture. The lighting serves as a curator: guiding the eye from daily classics to rare vintages while creating an intimate, salon-like atmosphere for tastings.
Through the "democratization" of inventory. We make the stock visible and accessible. When customers see the full depth of the assortment, the probability of purchase and the average basket value increase significantly.
Because it is authentic and durable. Steel and oak age with dignity and provide the perfect neutral contrast, allowing the color-rich labels and glass bottles to remain the visual center of attention.
It is essential. We use light to communicate value. High-CRI focal lighting on labels makes the bottles appear more precious, while warm ambient lighting ensures a cozy, high-end guest experience.
