Biophilic Design & Atmosphere
Timber is the soul of this space. We utilized natural materials and warm textures to reduce stress and spark creativity, breaking the "corporate chill" for an inspiring, residential-feel work world.

Hybrid Office & Strategic Zoning

Community-Oriented Architecture

For Westhive Zug, we developed an interior concept that views the office not as a storage facility for hardware, but as a social ecosystem. In the era of remote work, the physical office must offer value beyond function: identity, inspiration, and connection. Our design balances maximum desk density with generous, open-ended "third spaces."
The narrative plays with the contrast between industrial clarity and biophilic warmth. We utilized honest materials, solid wood, exposed concrete, and high-end textiles, to give the space a tactile quality. Central "Social Hubs" like the coffee bar are staged as focal points, while integrated media technology remains invisible, ensuring the architectural aesthetic remains pure.
Through strategic absorption. We utilize acoustically active surfaces on ceilings and walls, supplemented by textiles and plants, to lower decibel levels without sacrificing architectural transparency.
Because natural elements are scientifically proven to increase well-being. A "healthy" room leads to higher workplace identification and significantly improved creative output.
By creating social anchor points. We plan traffic routes and communal areas to facilitate spontaneous interactions, which are the foundation of the co-working networking philosophy.
